My petition:

Exterior "No Cycling" signs changed to say "No Cycling Above Walking Pace"

All exterior signs that say "No Cycling" changed to signs that say "No Cycling Above Walking Pace". Cycling on pavements and in pedestrianised areas at walking pace is safe. Just use common sense like when walking.

    Why not have no walking below cycling pace?

    You really want to cycle at 3-4 m p h?, that'll test your skills and possibly be more dangerous.

    Plus those in the car things will have another reason for not having you on 'their road'.
