Reverb stealth advise please.

Having got myself a reverb dropper post for Christmas (which is a fantastic upgrade)does anyone know can I hang my bike by the saddle from some ceiling joists. From what I've gathered so far its a big no no with the post dropped,but would it be okay with the post fully extended? Thanks.

    I had the same concern, so bought these http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/351557561796 and now the bike hangs with one of these under the top tube (with the hanger wrapped in duck tape to avoid / reduce scratches). So the bike is physically in more or less the same position, but not using the seat hooked over the rafter any more.
