I need to replace the rear wheel on my Giant Cyprus Hybrid.
What type of wheel do i need. Are they standardized sizes.
I'll be going for something cheap as it's a second bike that i only use occasionally
the sticker on the the wheel at the moment says Vuelta 622 x 19

I watched a video on changing cassette and it looks like you need specialist tools,
and is the sort of thing that would be easy to mess up. Is it best take it to my LBS
to get the cassette changed?

The spec says the wheel hub is a 7 speed 14-34T freewheel (FW), the (622) is the diameter of the bead seat for a 700c tyre, (19) is the internal width dimension in mm of the rim, your bike has 700x38c tyres. If you don't already have freewheel removal tools and you are buying a new wheel from your LBS, just take your old wheel with you and ask them to swop the FW over for you, most won't charge for this.
