PlanetX Hydrosphere jacket

Has anyone bought one? Currently on £49.99, I.e. at half price in an ever extending flash sale.
I'm commuting in my ALDI performance jacket in fair to drizzle/light rain but use a climbing jacket for anything worse. Having only just gone cycling specific with the ALDI jacket I'm impressed and starting to look at proper cycling clothing. First stop waterproof. Not a lot to spend and with 18k on the breathability you're not too far from event and Gore tex pro. IIRC. Not that it'll stop me sweating but it'll help a bit.
So far I've found this PlanetX jacket deal and a £28.99 deal on an endura pocket rocket jacket from Rutland cycles. Which is the best option? Anything better?
BTW I'm 6'5" tall, about 45" chest, average body length for my size and moderately slim to average build for my size if that helps with your recommendations. I'm really new to cycling clothing but not cycling. I've just ridden in good outdoor/sports kit from mostly walking or climbing activities so have no idea about cycle clothing.

I couldn't tell you if it's any good or not but take Planet X's RRPs with an enormous pinch of salt. They appear to be the the Sports Direct of the cycling world.0
