Impressive God like Cav sprint to work this morning, must have been close to 15mph with no hills to speak of. Still relaxing back into work. Waiting for my foam roller to arrive to I can roll my stiff achy bits into a soft pliable dough. Laters.

Bore da luvvlies
Sheesht it's dull. Trying to ascertain the length, direction and intensity of a possible ride or do I do some much needed work. Length: short 'cos i'm still a bit feeble, direction: downhill to start with 'cos I live at the top of a hill, intensity: Glass cranking 'cos i'm still a bit feeble.
Today's thought: How much cycling is done as a form of procrastination?
I took a good look at Uncle Bulgaria and quickly ascertained that Wombles cannot do pull ups due to the length of their arms. They would simply smack their heads on the bar. Therefore, I do not know what the OP was doing and is 'foam roller' a euphemism for something else?

^ you, a procrastinator, surely not, you need a holiday mate
Grey sky, and first cold day (currently 13c) of the winter today, was 9c at 7.30am
No procrastination here, the second it gets warm enough I may get upmy isetta is a 300cc bike0 -
Morning all,
Been having fun and games today. Busy at work and trying to deal with school, my daughter and my mother. Women are all mad is the only conclusion I can reach. It was the boss's birthday so he bought cakes, I took advantage and had two. Seemed like the most sensible option.
Onwards and upwards...0 -

I'm getting ready to shut up shop and go for a night ride shortly along a major A road, not sure yet if thats a good thing, I might grab a high-viz out of the works!Advocate of disc brakes.0 -

I sometimes think A roads are better, more room for cars means less places they can over take you were there isn't room.
Having said that some A roads are best avoided unless they are closed to cars!
so what i am saying is, you could be fine or you could be killed, or anything in between.www.conjunctivitis.com - a site for sore eyes0 -

Still working on summer holidays, not very successfully. But have at least managed to organise a decent birthday bash for next month involving enough food and plonk that to make TLW jealous. Off home shortly for a rest, been a busy day."I spent most of my money on birds, booze and fast cars: the rest of it I just squandered." [George Best]0 -

Very sorry to hear about your daughter - I asked about the change of career and they didn't understand 7 of the 10 words in the sentence, so unfortunately I don't think the bid for the course will be going in.
I have found out that I'll be spending some time with the fly boys, so nice beds, decent food, top totty, clean living accommodation, hot water here we come. Tally ho chaps! Pip pip! Bandits at 9 o'clock what what!Postby team47b » Sun Jun 28, 2015 11:53 am

Fly boys preferable to nice boys in boats I guess. Daughter is a concern, hopefully we'll get to the bottom of it before long.
So, how are we all going to get to Stevo's 50th? If MF is playing with flyboys can he commandeer a helicopter?0 -
So we can get there like this:

And this is why, gents, no matter how many accountants/bankers/administrators say "oh yeah, I love my job, no day is like another" my job is that little bit more interesting .......
Right, I'm off to do a weights session.Postby team47b » Sun Jun 28, 2015 11:53 am

Although we'll probably be a good way through the tasting menu by time you find me, so we probably wont care even if you do try"I spent most of my money on birds, booze and fast cars: the rest of it I just squandered." [George Best]0 -

So that's an invite then?0 -
Problem is, I'll then get Pinno and the anti-capitalist BR mob waving placards outside and shouting that I'm not paying my fair share or something like that. As there's no way they'd ever get let in"I spent most of my money on birds, booze and fast cars: the rest of it I just squandered." [George Best]0
