Fox 34 factory 2015 vs 2016 how much have they changed?

I am looking at buying a new bike the Canyon Spectral 8.0 Al 2016 or the mondraker foxy rr carbon 2015 but cant decide which. One of the main deciding factors for me is which has the best suspension as I have a bad back. The Mondraker has fox 34 factory 2015 whereas the canyon has the 16 new fit 4 which people seem to think is the best suspension going on the reviews I have seen. So in reality how much have the shocks changed? Will I really notice the difference? Also which bike would you choose?

    I haven't ridden them, but all the reviews suggest that the 2016 fot4 damper is Fox back to doing the job properly after the farce that has been CTD (and the budget early EVO forks).

    Forks not shocks.....
    Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.

    they are totally different in chassis, damper and air spring. wouldn't bother with a 2015 unit
