Interested in how this operates - anyone have any experience and how does it compare to other initiatives
I know a bit about it so don't need - it's in Chambery and it feeds Ag2R!
Comaraderie looks high compared to some horror stories in Italian feeder teams

I see them riding up and down Lac du Bourget at the weekends in their AG2R gear. A lot of the team are on Strava if you want to follow them.BASI Nordic Ski Instructor

The AG2R La Mondiale Pro Cycling Team was rewarded twice !
Romain Bardet received yesterday the French Vélo d’Or while Benoit Cosnefroy was elected as the Vélo d’Or U23. This is a great reward for the team but also for the Chambéry Cyclisme Formation from which these two riders come before shining on the professional ranks. A long-term collaboration between the Pro Team and its training center that pays today at the highest world level.0 -
