Very slow start to the day after a bad nights kip, not sure why. Body clock screwed I guess. Trying to work out what to do with the girl on Monday. Apart from the anti dizziness stuff she's not really any better. Hasn't even ridden her new bike yet.0 -

I managed 25 miles glass cranking in the drizzle, the mud, the huge puddles and missing bits of road. Feel wrecked but good all at the same time.

Busy day, as it was the vegetable (sorry mother) in laws birthday although she didn't actually realise this. Followed by family round for a late lunch and some plonk. Now chilling out a bit.

No cycling for me, bad back isn't yet recovered. Had to do some work ( annual appraisals for my team), then braved the madding crowds in the January sales. Now watching one of the Batman films before nite nites.0
