Bottle and storage

Im looking for a water bottle with an exterior compartment for storage, something like a water bottle but with an external compartment that threads onto the base. I seem to only be able to find either a water bottle or a storage bottle but nothing in between, does such a thing even exist??

Water bottles are just a magnet for dog turd.
The Specialized SWAT is the only product I can think of.
