Rockshox Fork Upper Coatings Query.

The 2016 oem Reba's on Merlin have the gold coating and the non oem versions have the fast black uppers. Is there actually any difference in performance between the two coatings?

Yes, the colour.....in reality no difference at all except gold of course is faster!Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0
