Business partner sought for Manchester-based vintage and classic bicycle based project.
Briefly, I have a successful background as an innovator and big plans for 2016. I have the ideas, premises and funding in place but I need to work with someone with first class technical capabilities with bikes, who is also a creative thinker with superb communication and PR skills.
