I have been bought some Northwave Jet 365 Touring Shoes for Christmas. Which pedals and cleats would be compatible with these shoes considering I would like to use them for road cycling?
I'd say go with Shimano M520 pedals with those. They are reasonably cheap and work / last well. You can get "better" SPD pedals at a cost but you're just talking about weight savings
For SPD on a road bike I think the touring style are much better as you get more foot support.
There are a few different models. I have the A520 on my bikes.
As above, A520's single sided spd touring style pedals with plenty of support. Had mine a few year's now and apart from cleaning them occasionally I've not had to touch them.

This is one of the silliest threads I've come across.
Recognition at last Matthew, well done!, a justified honour
