Di2 Junction box 'A' magnetic mount. Feasible?

Hi all
Looking for a techie who could answer the above question, i.e. would a magnet in any way interfere with the operation of a Di2 system if I were to mount the 'A' Junction box (Dura Ace EW-90) to the stem using magnets?
My idea to do away with the ugly rubber strap is to buy some Sugru https://sugru.com/buy and some small bar magnets such as these http://www.first4magnets.com/rectangular-magnets-c35/self-adhesive-10-x-5-x-1mm-thick-n42-neodymium-magnets-0-6kg-pull-p2450.
I could just stick the junction box mount to the stem using the Sugru, and may well do that, but thought it might be neater using little magnets stuck to the stem and the junction box using Sugru. Or am I just over complicating it? Thoughts please.

Use a spacer mount, much neater. Google "Fourier's mount".Rose Xeon CDX 3100, Ultegra Di2 disc (nice weather)

No room, looks at that already...0

Rather than magnets, I'd go for Velcro. Unless you use a Garmin mount - I think BarFly include a Di2 fitting.ROAD < Scott Foil HMX Di2, Volagi Liscio Di2, Jamis Renegade Elite Di2, Cube Reaction Race > ROUGH0

If you have no room for a spacer mount I'd just blob it on with Sugru. Will be neat and easily removed if necessary. If you use self adhesive velcro I find it will inevitably come away from one side or the other leaving the velcro stuck together on one side. Seems the velcro action is stronger than the glue backing. Maybe I've been unlucky with it but even preparing the surface thoroughly still seems to cause it to lift in a lot of instances.Rose Xeon CDX 3100, Ultegra Di2 disc (nice weather)

Just bought one of these. Thanks for the heads up.0 -
Sugru works well. No real point using magnets, as you never remove the thing once it's on.0
