Shimano xtr crankset

Hi I'm looking at upgrading my crankset on my Yeti ASR5 and a bit confused if a shimano Xtr single 11 speed crankset will fit if anybody could help that would be great thanks

    What BB setup so on the Yeti.
    Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.

    68-73 MM bottom bracket threaded

    Then yes, however if the shell is 73mm you won't be able to use any BB mounted devices,
