As the topic says, has anyone had a chance to ride/test the new alloy Camber and whats your feel/thoughts about it?

I borrowed one for a day last year. Very good xc bike. Fork was a bit too flexy for my liking but as an xc bike I couldn't fault it.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350

Nice, i like the geometry alot - but i don't like that it comes with 2x10 x7 and x9.
But i guess i could ask the LBS to fit a 1x11 GX or XT and maybe a dropper post. Would make it cost 2900 Euro.
I had it weighted in the LBS today and it was 13.2 kg. Which is oki i think.0 -
Never get bikes weighed. It's meaningless unless you are racing. Some light bikes feel heavy to ride & some heavy bikes feel light.
Most people buying xc bikes like the Camber want 2x10 gearing.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350 -
I was given one as a warranty replacement by Specialized for my cracked 26 inch Camber. I really like mine and it has converted me to big wheels. Ive put a 140mm fork on it and its really slackened it off nicely. Mine weighs 13kg which isn't light but it feels quicker than my 26 inch bikes.0
