Hi,
I wanted to get some cycling tshirts printed with a logo but as cheaply as possible, I just wondered if anyone had any recommendations?
Thanks
Gavin

Normal cotton t-shirts are rubbish for cycling in!Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0

I didn't ask "how to" I asked for recommendations, so people who have actually had experience and had jerseys done.
Thanks anyway!0 -

And I didn't provide a 'how to'. I'm suggesting you Google companies who do T shirt printing as it's unlikely that anyone here has had any done and even if someone has, then it's going to be a pretty small 'sample' and tell you little more than you'll find by taking a look at some of the sites that do the printing, one of which you'll end up using anyway. All the gear, no idea and loving the smell of jealousy in the morning.

Endura also do custom runs of printing. It's quality stuff too. We had a run of 15 sets of full kit done - good value if you're doing something for a club, etc

My local club got Endura kit printed. It's really heavy and thick. Too hot for summer use.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350 -
Cutom Endura stuff is very good for proper cycling, about £50 inc Vat for a nice jersey. I ordered £5k of kit last year. Not as cheap as a printed cotton t-shirt but it looks like you want real cycling kit. You can spend lots more on their pro kit range. Lead times are around 8 weeks.
(Don't know what was "heavy and hot", their Classic range has a perfectly fine summer jersey but they do a very wide range of four seasons kit.)
They are made in Scotland so you can phone the factory and speak to a real person about your order, or even pick it up yourself. Highly recommended.

The ones our club got from Endura are about twice as thick as any other jerseys I have. Even now I'm finding the long sleeve jersey a bit warm. It's not just me, other people have said the same about theirs, everyone is still wearing short sleeves!Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350

I gave it a good kick start with the 4.2 V8 supercharged Jag XF but the gearbox blew up so now I'm down to a 3.0 V6 twin turbo diesel but it seems to be keeping things going.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350

The wife's RX-8 basically uses petrol to create noise with CO2 as a by-product.
Round town the ST220 isn't much better!Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0 -
A mate has an RX 8. He describes it as having the performance of a 3.0 V6 with the fuel consumption of a 6.0 V12 and the torque of a moped.
The ST220 is a nice drive, the Jaguar X Type with the same engine and AWD is possibly better but uglier.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350 -
Not sure if you're still looking Gavin but http://www.vo2sportswear.com provide some decent kit0

The Jaguar engine is better, but the chassis isn't as engaging as the 220, drove lots of cars before going for it based purely on 'practical enough' and fun to drive.Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0 -
