I'm getting my first Gopro soon and been looking at the accessory bundles on Amazon. Seem to cheap though so I'm a bit concerned that they're junk. Anyone bought one? Worth a punt or just stick with the official Gopro stuff?
I guess a link might help, this is one of the many bundles on Amazon:

That's the ones I have got. They're rubbish. The plastic knobs on the screws cracked. A couple of the clips broke and the chest mount points the camera about 2 foot in front of the front wheel when in its highest position.
To be honest though, a gopro is one of those things you use a few times, realise your videos are crap, put in a box on a shelf and forget about. I would spend the money on something useful.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350 -
Nothing more boring than watching some random trail unfold to someone's crappy idea of music blaring out.
Or I agree with him ^^^^^^^.
Which is unusual and a bit unsettling.I don't do smileys.

Maybe you're getting more mature/sensible and I'm getting old/senile.
Scary either way.I don't do smileys.

I got a Go Pro about a year ago for mountain biking plus family holidays, filming the kids in the pool (my own kids, nothing dodgy) etc and bought the following bundle for it: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/like/141453464211
Really cant fault the quality of of it, it's all v-hard wearing and significantly cheaper than branded stuff...0 -

I am neither mature nor sensible. I am old though.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350 -

Many a YouTube trail video has stopped me killing myself by alerting me to the fact that a particular trail is well beyond me.All the gear, no idea and loving the smell of jealousy in the morning.

YouTube videos have got me in to more trouble. Jumps seem to look smaller on gopro videos.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350

They help me avoid jumps altogether! I was looking at some videos of Tidworth. Damn place seems to be full of bloody jumps! All the gear, no idea and loving the smell of jealousy in the morning.

There are quite a few, nothing big though. I guess the biggest gap is only 20 foot.
There are a couple trails which allow you to stay on the ground, Berminator and Hooper. White Line has lots of jumps but they are perfect shape and difficult to get wrong.
Just never go there in the wet, chalk with wooden features can get just a touch slippery.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350
