4700 165mm chainset?

I'm after a Tiagra 4700 chainset in 165mm go to on a winter bike I'm building with 4700.
I'm led to believe they do exist but I've yet to find them for sale anywhere?

Plenty of 170mm+ but no 165mm.

Failing that can anyone recommend a good cheap alternative?
