UCI changes rule on saddles

Looking at the new margins, this seems to allow for little more than slight variations in set-up. It's really about sensible margins of error. 9 deg +/-1 for angle and 300mm +/-5 for length seems unlikely to make any substantive difference.

I know there are folks on the forum with loads of knowledge on this subject - any thoughts?
