TT frame with drop handlebars?

Dear experts....
I have a TT bike (QR CD0.1) set up with HED aerobars.I have ridden a few triathlons over the years and love the bike as it is.
However... I am intending to ride next summers ride London (100 mile) which will not allow me to use aerobars.
How feasible is it for me to change the handlebars to normal drop type ones along with purchasing new brake levers / shifters?
Is there anything specific that would help in the handlebars (i.e. carbon fibre / aluminium etc) due to the different position.
I don't want to buy a completely new bike.
Any advice greatly appreciated.

Not a problem. Just need bars, shifters, cables and bar tape. You may need a different stem and adjust the height of it on the steerer though.Insta: ATEnduranceCoaching

As NapD says- no problem at all. My TT bike originally came with drop bars- I've since put some retro bull bars on but it still has its brifters. Although I have to come off of the bars to change gear, it makes riding to and from events and hilly TTs much easier!0
