I posted a question on here a few weeks ago about a couple of bikes I was looking to buy for a charity bike ride I'm doing from Liverpool/Manchester to Scotland. I had decided on the Bianchi Vertigo from Evans Cycle but when I went to buy it I found out that the local bike shop near me is closing down and has some big discounts on its stock. The shop sells Bianchi/Focus bikes so I now have three options on which to choose. Can you help?

This was the Bianchi I was looking at from Evans Cycles:

http://www.evanscycles.com/products/bianchi/vertigo-105-2015-road-bike-ec116122?country=GB&currency=GBP&esvt=894-GOUKE689134&esvq=&esvadt=999999-0-32926-1&esvcrea=61232574056&esvplace=&esvd=c&esvaid=50080&gclid=CO7qtbvpxMkCFYKE2wodjv8PFg

The shop near us is selling this Focus Cayo 105 Mix 2016 for £999:

http://www.focus-bikes.com/gb/en/bikes/2016/road/performance-cayo/cayo-105-mix.html

Apparently it usually retails for £1,299:

Finally, the shop near us is also selling the Focus Cayo Rival Disc 2016 for £1,200 because the paintwork has a chip in it on a small part of the frame:

http://www.focus-bikes.com/gb/en/bikes/2016/road/performance-cayo/cayo-disc-rival.html

Apparently it usually retails for £1,999:

So what is best value: the Vertiga 2015 / 105 mix 2016 / Rival Disc 2016?

Also, why is the rival disc so much more than the 105 mix? I read that the SRAM Rival was built to rival the 105, hence its name, and it looks like, judging by the spec, that the frames are built from the same material. Is the extra £700rrp for the Rival Disc just paying for the discs??

Thanks for all your help :-)

I think fit and comfort is the most important, comparing two similar bikes.
    Can you test ride ?
