Chainring bolts

Hi all
Are the cheap eBay single chainring bolts any good - I have a set that I brought ages ago and want to use them on my Specialized Camber and wondered if they will hold up to being on a MTB.
I'm happy to buy better ones if needed but if the eBay hobbies are ok I'll just use them - has anyone heard of them failing???
Any recommendations for some decent ones or am I worrying about it too much???
Thanks
Jay

If your existing bolts come off easily and the slots on the inside are not compromised, then reuse them.
Personally I would always go for steel bolts as they are more durable, the extra weight being plus nowt and minus bugger all.Cotic Soul 26 inch. Whyte T1300 -

Can't use the originals as I'm changing from triple to double0
