Enduro EVO 30 BB cup removal

My new Jamis Renegade is due to arrive in a week or so and I plan to stick Di2 on it. In order to run the internal cables, I need to whip out the BB (Enduro EVO 30 - adapted for Ultegra). Anybody experience of removing these? Enduro show the use of their absurdly expensive (£180?) cup removal tool. On other types, I've succeeded with a piece of pipe and some careful tapping. Having only just moved to the area, I don't yet have a tame LBS I can rely on but would like to be prepared so that I can jump on my shiny new bike ASAP
