If you like the retro look, then a hairnet helmet, or casquette is probably the best look to go with.0

I cannot see how the request for a stylish modern helmet that goes with retro kit can be answered. As above, the retro look would not include a modern helmet and the safety standards they offer (no, I am not trying to go with another one of those debates). Hence, probably just best to accept that a modern helmet will always clash a bit and therefore go for something bland in design and colour (as in, avoid the fluro). Something like the Giro Savant in silver/grey.
Be interested to see what suggestion folks have though...0
