Best road mudguards

Hi
Any views on the best mudguards to fit a winter road bike (Dolan ADX titanium)? These will be kept on permanently so I don't need them to be easy to take off etc. Just robust, effective and preferably not too heavy. 28mm tyres.
And must come in black!

SKS Chromoplastics are the best if they'll fit. You'd need the P35 version for 28mm tyres but I'd be surprised if there is room...
In fact, looking at the specs on the Dolan site it says tyre clearance is 25mm max
