Some bishop on the radio wittering on about this. Flippin' trendy vicars.
I intend to ignore him and buy ale later once I can get out of this heck hole. December next week which normally means only one thing...the return of Kets' beery advent calendar
Stay dry all. Laters.

No mention of video games?
I'd forgotten about the beer advent calendar, good to see a man so dedicated to his work.
Anyway, morning all.
Very warm out again and a bit drizzly. Managed to wobble in and wound up a bit sweaty as a result. Unfortunately might have another busy day, but an interlude for dead porker will be had. Shops will be avoided, but that's the same every day.0 -
Dying till dead Friday.
I hear FIFA 16 is good.
Lots of work to avoid, lots of presents to buy. A puncture to repair over the weekend, I'll see if I can beat my record of adding 3 more holes to my inner tube as I fit the new tyre.Pinno, מלך אידיוט וחרא מכונאי0 -
I'm buying nothing but cider today, well, maybe some wine for post pub drinking
Working from home which has might a decent 8 mile run, legs are now dead after lots of exercise stuff this w.end, but there won't be any playing this weekend as its rugrat 1's birthday0 -
Beautiful sunrise as I drove in, now grey.
Yeah I ended up buying stuff.
1 fridge, 1 freeze, neither on offer but needed for the house I rent out. Thought I'd wait and see if anything came up but it didn't so bit the bullet today.
1 tv - mine died 3 weeks ago so I thought I'd see what came up. Some new kit from the company half the cycling world hates.
Suppose I should grab a coffee and do some work. Legs ache from last nights 40 miles and then HIT session with the date.
Maybe the pub later, maybe not.0 -
I'm doing the worst possible thing today, venturing into Manchester city centre. Not because it's black friday and I need stuff but as it's a birthday day out (not mine) and this is the choice of the birthdayee.
On the bright side, Christmas markets are on and so is Peroni and street food!Advocate of disc brakes.0 -
Morning alkies (dying to death by degrees)
Happy Birthday Rugrat.
Bah, mild but drizzly. Looks like Stevo is going to pip me on the mileage total this week, the shame of it.
Just going to hop on the rollers in a bit after finishing my Porage...Porridge...Porrige.
Then tinkering about for most of the day and submitting the contract proposal.
Wear your helmet HD.

Unfortunately my dose of London lergy has now morphed into a full blown snotty cold (along with half of the rest of the office) so I am trying to exorcise it with coffee and unnecessarily hot Japanese food. I may go internet shopping this evening as I need a new mouthpiece for my camelbak, the current one was dribbling on my leg this morning. Last of the big spenders eh"I spent most of my money on birds, booze and fast cars: the rest of it I just squandered." [George Best]0 -

I could definitely be tempted - are you in need of someone to make up the numbers? I have miserably failed to get any of my lot remotely interested in a trip. Would depend on dates and leave outs  but PM me the details if you have them, cheers."I spent most of my money on birds, booze and fast cars: the rest of it I just squandered." [George Best]0 -

Flights, Hotel , Tickets ( ripped off my fault for leaving it so late ) for Mumford and Sons in Dublin on Wednesday . Any one recommend a swanky place for early evening Diner in Dublin near Temple Bar,
Mrs W is Miffed I am taking her somewhere she doesn't want to go, to see a band she doesn't like and only a fancy restaurant will recover the situation.

Buy all the things day. Planning on moving house soon so black friday deals were welcomed on the fridge and washing machine I bought
I'd rather be buying wheels and bike stuff thoughAnd the people bowed and prayed, to the neon god they made.0 -
