work meh day in Solihull, but decent 7 mile run as I got there early
We know :roll:On Solihull for a fun day! Shoot sleep so got down here by 6.30 and had a decent 7 mile run. Now work meh

194 miles behind my yearly target - so got to make an effort!
How long did a 7 mile run take? Must be equivalent to a 45 min ride.
I'm trying to hit the next K milestone. I'm 549 miles down and the weather is 'kin 'orrible. Even went out in sub zero temps on the dark Sunday night to try and get some miles in, got too cold after 25 miles and decided to call it in.

So, Fluffer didn't kill this thread after all. Busy day, but not too much grief at work. Half day tomorrow, but need to fix the Mini as the heater is out and cooling system is in bits. Might have to do some work in the morning.

Had to fit a race seat as the lanky sod doesn't fit with a standard seat. Trying to keep it fairly 'standard' for now to keep the insurance cost down. But there's no point taking it to bits without improving things, not quite to Nicklouse standards though.
