Synapse Disc

Managed to pick up one of the last 2015 synapses in September, then crashed two days later (not on this thankfully) so it's been unridden until recently. Will drop the bars another spacer to see how I get on with that and trim the steerer. First impressions are very positive, bit surprised about the gearing (32 cassette) which is very low - I'd be happy with a 28, brakes are standout.

Lovely. Interesting that they specced a Charge for yours but a Fizik for mine. Matches beautifully and is a great saddle mind.My blog: http://www.roubaixcycling.cc (kit reviews and other musings)

It is much better to have a gear that you do not need than to need a gear you do not have.0

I've got the non-disc version of the 2015 Synapse Carbon Ultegra and mine came with a Prologo Kappa Evo saddle!
On the issue of gearing, my Synapse also came with 11-32. My other bike has Tiagra 10 speed 12-28 and, other than Ultegra being generally smoother when changing and the Synapse being a nicer ride in general (as it should be for a bike costing more than twice as much), I can honestly say that I have never really noticed any difference as I don't think I have ever used 32. That said, it's always nice to know that it's there just in case........
Nice bike. by the way.Cannondale Synapse Carbon Ultegra
