Anyone using these yet and what are your impressions so far?

Probably not. No one uses mechanical disc brakes anymore. Hydraulic discs give better performance for less maintenance and better reliability.
I guess this is your product.

Agreed, but have you seen what they go for on eBay (US)? I've a lot of old parts in my shed, but unfortunately none of these
