Af'noon ladies and germs

Swimming, soft play area, washing up, laundry and beds made and despite the terrible grammar, I sunk two large coffees in the process. Sun is out though fresh so pedalling later will be essential caffeine reduction. Now to get through some fresh Panettone with the toots for lunch.

Girls are as good as gold after getting rid of the extra energy, even the visiting cat is fast asleep on the chair.

Good work that man - very well done. Top effort.

You can team them with hanging from the bar with your arms at 45 degrees then bringing your knees up to your elbows - one chin up, one knee/elbow thing and so on.

Then smash out sets of 40 press ups afterwards to finish off.

Naturally to be followed by pork scratching and Bass .....

Then more house viewings followed by a nice rare beef dinner and a few pints followed by taking the kids to spectre - think the youngest was a bit too young!
