What rear rack for GT Avalanche?

WHat rear rack panniers will fit on a GT Avalanche 4.0?

It looks like it has some mounting screws but I'm not so sure. I live in Japan so my choices are limited and if I buy one and have it shipped, I want to make sure it fits.
