Looks like I'm making a come back - What's new?

I think it's just gone 5 years since I stopped full time cycle commuting and the trains have ground me down again. I'm going to see out the rest of this train pass then get on it from the 11th December.

Any tips? I've been doing a lot of riding in the meantime, I'm probably about as fit as I was when I was commuting, but probably a bit smarter at training so won't thrash it every day this time. I've been working out new routes too because the old ones could be sketchy in the dark/wind/snow.

Any new luggage options or gear that I should put on my Christmas list?
