I have looked all over the net and I cannot find the answer to this question
Is the Continental Grand Prix 4000S II Tubular Tyre a latex or butyl inner tube? I have HED 3C wheels and they are a real pain to inflate. I would like some good butyl tubs and I know one of the Continental tubs have butyl, not latex, innertubes
Any help would be most appreciated.

I'm pretty sure Continental don't use latex in any of their tubs.0

they do a latex tube for the comp pro but thats not for you an i, everything else is butyl, the gp4000s tub cant be repaired, the comp can and i think is the better tub.
Why would tire inflation be effected by the tube type?0 -

i think it's the wheels that are the issue, the valve sits in a recess under a cover, presumably fiddly to get at, butyl won't need inflating every daymy bike - faster than god's and twice as shiny0 -
