First cx bike

Hi folks,
I've been looking into getting my first cx bike and have narrowed it down to the Cannondale Caadx series. I can pick up the Caadx Sora for £658, Tiagra £822, and the 105 for £954. I looked at the Ultegra but it's a bit more than I want to spend on a bike to see how I like cx. Aside from the components I couldn't find much difference between the three frames. I bring this up because as long as I have a decent frame I can upgrade the components if I enjoy cx. I would appreciate any input into this topic.
Thx,
RR

Halfords are doing £40 if ordered online, plus 10% CA discount and the current £100 off, so a Boardman CX Comp 2014 can be had for £415.
Probably a bit more entry level than your needs. It's all Sora bar the FSA chainset. Tektro mechanical disks, Mavic rims...0 -
I'd be tempted just to go for Sora. The Sora groupset is perfectly adequate for CX and 9 on the rear cassette is enough. External cables is no bad thing either as it means you can change the cables easily.0
