Members were expecting a social, so one of my friends said he would organise it, he left it (delegated) to his wife/ she decided she would do a better job. She emailed a load of the cycling companies (the nutrition ones I think, didn't ask tho) to see if they would do anything, they sent over 100 or so gels and drink tabs etc.
She did similar with cycling mags, some companies sent a few copies and she purchases some really old ones from ebay.
To the rest of you, ask your own wife.
