Im putting Campagnolo chorus on a Colnago v1.r,the frameset comes with direct mount brakes, rear one is mounted under the bottom bracket/chain stays.I haven't got the frameset yet,but I'd like to have all bits I need before I get my mechanic to do the job.Would any of you recommend inline brake cable adjusters for direct mount brake set up?,if any of you have any experience I'd appreciate any tips.Thanks.

I know that you are not using Shimano on your build, however they recommend the use of the SM-CB90 combined inline cable adjustment nut and quick release lever as their direct mount brakes do not have these facilities built in.
May be a different arrangement with your Campag direct mount brakes though.0 -

Campag have the QR facility at the brake lever end, so you're OK there, but adjusting for brake block wear would be a faff without some kind of cable adjuster somewhere.0 -
Thanks guys,i'll pick up two of those shimano adjusters so.0

Make sure you get the newer click type, the older infinite turn ones always creep undone.0

You don't necessarily need to get the Shimano ones as you have quick release on the Campag levers. Any 5mm outer inline adjusters will do. Such as:
