Righto!


Am looking to book a week in December. Must be somewhere with great cycling (need a quality hire bike) but MUST be somewhere that a non cycling spouse will thoroughly enjoy.


Where would you go ? and why ?

    I'm off to Cyprus again for cycling this December and I'd normally also go to Tenerife too.

    My other half and the kids love Palma; plenty to do and see (not to mention buy!)

    December weather is usually quite sunny, but not hot by any means. The cycling is excellent, and you have a huge choice of excellent, cheap hire bikes.

    If you want a beach destination, you will have to go further afield, but if I were you I'd steer clear of pretty much all of North Africa and Israel, Lebanon, etc.

    Gran Canaria if you want a good climate.
    Freemotion second to none in bike rentals and great riding.

    Seconded. Spent 6 months here - fabulous rides. Look on the freemotion website for an idea of rides.
