Looking for a pair of bib or tight for winter

Hi, I looking for some advice as I am looking for a pair of bib or tight for the winter that are waterproof and thermal , they don't need to have any padding as I all wear short under then

    I read that the new Assos Mille are thermal and waterproof, think thats where I'd spend my money. Or just buy some Castelli waterproofs and a pot of embrocation cream.
