I'm after recommendations of accessories concerning to bicycles as my brother's birthday present

Does he ride at night ? If not then the light isnt important.

A Wiggle voucher is always well received - they sell everything you could possibly need there.

Without knowing what he has or what kind of cycling he does - I'd be at a loss to suggest something.
