Merida Reacto internal cable routing!

Hi guys.
I have a Merida Reacto 5000LTD (2015) and I do not really like the cable setup it had come with, so I want to 'reorganise' it at the handlebar area.
My only question is, that does the cable housing runs through the entire frame?
I have removed the BB (changed it) and what I have seen, was only cable housing.
All I want is that if I remove the inner gear cables, I do not have to worry about routing the cables fully over again.
As I hope, the answer is yes, but did not find it anywhere on the internet.
Thanks for everyone.

I'm assuming you're referring to the point where the cables run into the top of the top tube?
I've changed mine to a continental brake set set up which required a re-run of the rear brake outers through the downtube. Problematic only by the tube of foam that goes around it to help prevent rattles and which means you have to thread a full length outer in, put the foam on from the access hole near the BB, and then pull it back through to the exit point near the bars.
If you're wanting to change the run for the derailleurs, then that could be problematic and I wouldn't want to create tight turns to come into the top tube from the same side as the shifter. If you just want to get rid of the ugly top cap guide, then that isn't a problem.I ride a bike. Doesn't make me green or a tree hugger. I drive a car too.0
