Total Cycling Still Trading?

I ordered some new Campy ultratorque bearings and the bearing extractor tool on 1st Sept from Total Cycling in Northern Ireland. I quickly got a phone call that they weren't in stock, but do mind waiting. I said I didn't mind waiting a few weeks as it was for my winter bike. The last email I had from them was late Sept telling me that should be in by mid Oct.
I have emailed them again asking what's happening. No reply. The phone number on the web site is not being answered either the last 3 days. They had my money on 1st Sept. Credit card so I will get my money back if they have stopped trading.
Anyone know whats going on ?

Tried the web number again and this time they did answer. Excuse that they have staffing problems.
