Could do with a brew. This morning will be spent in a department meeting where I shall try and get a tad further with this stag do as I couldn't get reasonably priced accommodation for the rugby. Nor was Marbella warm enough in March.
Got some rally place to email and I may head towards Stevo's favourite place in Wales and follow it with dinner in Cardiff.
God knows much prefer to just organise it for like 4 of us and go cycling somewhere sunny
Tempted to bait a few people in the BC Chain Reaction 10% thing too, they seem to be rather worked up, only made worse by how often other discounts can be found
Enjoy the day and enjoy your crudding Stevo

Lotta fuss over a tenner! Still I guess people have so little else to worry about
Ordered a woodruff key from eBay, days work complete, may need another coffee now, should I make it or wander round to the café?

Morning all,
Pedalled a bit quicker today after stopping for a coffee on the way in. Rather warm and sticky for the time of year out there, rain forecast for later so it will probably be a wet ride home.
Hoping for a quiet day in work, this should help with the traditional Thursday hangover. Bar at the fireworks do went well, raised lots of money and sold all the booze. The only problem is I only had 1 bottle of Spitfire as it was really busy. This was remedied by going straight to the pub afterwards.
The CRC discount thread is really a bit odd, people do like to make a fuss over nothing don't they.
Tea has been delivered and I have ginger nuts so all is well with the world.
Just had an email to say there were cakes for the IT managers birthday so had to run off, things have definitely improved as I now have a bit of his chocolate log.0 -
Rain on and off all day. Back on just now. The *original* plan for the day had all kinds of useful things scheduled, so it was a hasty Plan B when the weather turned out this cr@p.
Minor errand running, mainly playing taxi for OH to get car serviced, interrupted by a spot of lunch. More garage miles on the turbo, a reminder as if one was needed of just why I dislike those things so much. Humph.
Browsed for another laptop to buy. Rang one ad, left message. Why do people advertise things for sale, provide a phone number as the only means of contact then not answer said phone, or respond to messages at all? Do they post the ad just so they'll get messages and can pretend they have friends ringing them up or something? :evil:Open One+ BMC TE29 Seven 622SL On One Scandal Cervelo RS0 -

Af'noon dawdlers and shirkers
Bah. I worked today and i'm goosed. Toots Saturday and Sunday, worked Monday and Tuesday, Toots Wednesday and worked today. Only full 'day off' the morra and it's going to be very wet and windy. So much for pedalling plans.
@T47 - you ordered a (specific) Woodruff key? What happened to the other one?
Can you get them made for you? I need one for Piusi pump.
@Flaneur - What's wrong with Majorca/Menorca in March? Perfect for cycling I should think. You could always go to Egypt. (eeeek).

That's a few of the ones we list by size, but crescent shape as you say. Not so many flat ones in stock but let me know the size and I'll have a look.0
