What pannier rack for disc brakes?

I'm considering going to the dark side and getting a rack for the commuter. It runs Avid BB7's on the seat stays (sadly not on the chain stays), any recommendations on a disc compatible rack? I have no plans for any touring so it doesn't need to take a massive load, just a change of clothes and occasionally a laptop.

Oh, and any suggestions on a suitable pannier would be gratefully received too.

I've got the Toppeak Super DX F/Disc, which has bounced from Mountain Bike with discs and now on my racer without discs.
