Bar fly 2.0 Direct with Edge 520??

Has anyone tried the direct mount Barfly mount for Fizik stems with the Edge 520? Does it work or do you struggle to get to the Start and Lap buttons?

Is the Edge held out any further than with the standard Barfly as, while a little tight, I don't find it an issue.
