Hi All

Looking to replace my 6 year old stumpie. Lots of options and probably going for 650b full suspension do it all bike (another stumpie or Whyte T130 for example)

However other options to consider in this ever changing sport!!!.... doing my head in to be honest.
My riding is 80% XC with odd visit to trail centre (red routes). I want to have fun but also want efficiency too, but also like the idea of something new to learn/experience

Has anyone got a 27.5+ hardtail and what is it like and is it a viable alternative? Do you regret buying it?

Check out the prices and availability of tyres. That would be enough to put me off.
If you only ride hard packed trails then they might work but on muddy trails in the winter I find 2.4" tyres hard work so 3" is going to be a nightmare.
