Graduation screwed up traffic, may bill my own job for the time sat in the car.
Otherwise grey day and shit loads of admin to clear that I have been putting off.
Solid gym session last night, good run this morning, I may be getting fitter and healthier after all
Gutted for you 47b, life is so hard when you don't need to water th garden or make a drainage system for excess water...0 -
We've just got cold damp mist.
Crap nights sleep last night so timmy turbo didn't get a look in this morning.Advocate of disc brakes.0 -
I could see as I rode in this morning, made things much easier. Riding home last night I took to whistling "Bring me Sunshine" as I rode through the park because I could barely see a thing so I thought maybe I should warn other people of my approach. The only dogs I saw had lights on them, no idea how many other there were and I didn't see any deer but could certainly smell them. Think I'll go round the park next time it's that foggy. Had to go round part of it today as the gates weren't open yet.
Not much going on with customers today, quiet season is really taking hold. Interest will be maintained by me causing trouble.
Second cup of tea had been delivered, that helps. Needs some brandy in it.0 -
No garden watering necessary here today, misty showers all day and more to come. Did get rid of a few weeds. OK, a lot of weeds. Almost a truckload in fact.
Afternoon in the cinema, watching Kate Winslet's new movie, "The Dressmaker". Very enjoyable, although non-Aussies may find the characters a bit odd. Ms Winslet is the *FIRST* non-native Australian actor ever to absolutely nail the accent too, quite an achievement. But if you know your actors, Judy Davis in this as her mum is extraordinarily good, steals the film a bit. Doesn't do many films these days, which given the strength of this performance is a crying shame.Open One+ BMC TE29 Seven 622SL On One Scandal Cervelo RS0 -

Uncle is 75 and on his own and needs a small flat in York near his kids.

You have a pet name for that tortuous device?!
Sell the bungalow in a couple of months. By then, you would have doubled your profit.
I can get you some credit at the Samson TLW if things get a bit shaky and the pink monkey's start appearing.Wheelspinner wrote:No garden watering necessary here today, misty showers all day and more to come. Did get rid of a few weeds. OK, a lot of weeds. Almost a truckload in fact.

Wet ride when I got home, but felt good to get a proper winter ride under my belt.
