it depends on what thread you have on the frame and you selecting the right option.
you should also get the LBS to face (or check it has been faced correctly) the BB shell to ensure fit and life."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

With a Trek alloy frame it will almost certainly be a standard English BSA threaded bottom bracket. However I note that the chainset is an FSA Vero which is a square taper crankset. Therefore the existing BB will be a square taper cartridge type with the bearings mounted within the BB shell. To switch that out you will need a square taper bearing puller to get the chainset off the existing BB spindle eg like this

Then you will need to get a suitable BB removal tool - probably something like this

Thereafter any Shimano Hollowtech II BB will work with your Ultegra cranks but at the price you might as well get the one you linked to (the BB-R60)0 -
To remove the old crank and BB, it'll probably be cheaper to get your LBS to do it than buy the tools for a one-off job. Spend another £20 on getting it faced if you like, but I doubt it makes a much difference - bike manufacturers can machine to better accuracy than the average bodger mechanic with knackered tools in your LBS!
You'll need to install a new Ultegra BB to go with your cranks - about £20 and another tenner for the installation tool.Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..0
