Does anyone have some experience about the crash replacement program about Pinarello frame ?
Due to we had an accident with Pinarello F8 frameset and would like to replace it under the replacement program as you can see the details from here
http://www.pinarello.com/en/warranty-registration
We have sent all documents,(receipt, and registered already) through the local dealer, distributor. but they said they haven't got the answer from Pinarello company yet. We have been waiting for the replying email for 2 months since September. This time we just want to know how much they cost me under the program but it is still no any answer return from Pinarello that my distributer said.
I would like to know the process and how long. If anyone have the some experience likes this , please suggest how I should do it because now I don't have any idea, just waste my time waiting for their answer and put others bike components under my bed. :-(
Please advise me and many thanks for alls.

Don't mention the P word here. Most of the forum members can't afford them and as a result automatically discount anyone that can as inadequate, ignorant and clueless despite the obvious success of the bikes. There may now even be a raft of replies from people trying to justify their opinions before they go back to their Boardmans.0

That's pretty crappy. You expect a premium service from a premium brand.0

He's got a point though ..... Pinarello (and owners) do get a hard time on here. It's pretty clear to see wether you post or just read!Still thinking of something clever to say!0 -
Email their chief executive and mention you are concerned about the image the service you have received reflects on their brand and what can they do to help. Premium brands can only charge premium prices if they look after their customers and brand image is very important to them. Only takes a few poor reps to rapidly devalue a brand.0

What's wrong with Boardmans?
Velohunter is accusing the forum of brand bigotry - while accidentally revealing himself as a brand bigot.0 -

I'll make any point I like thank you. The number of posts made does not equate to number of posts read. Your attitude typifies everything that's wrong with this forum.0 -

What's wrong with it? Well, people come on and make unhelpful comments when someone's asked for advice for a start.0

Velohunter complains the forum has attitude - while accidentally revealing that he has an attitude problem.0 -

Paxington would never swear. Just do the faux clever thing with a dash of arrogance.0

It appears you are the one whose being played with and resorting to aggressive language only suggests you are the one whose getting annoyed. I would quit whilst you well behind.
To the OP, there is some good advice proffered here I would push further with the dealer. If the worst comes to the worst then you can always refer to your posting here - Pinarello as a premium brand rely on reputation.0 -
What's wrong with it? Well, people come on and make unhelpful comments when someone's asked for advice for a start.
If this was me I would kick up a fuss on their social media, in my experience it's a very quick way of getting attention (difficult for them to keep ignoring you).0 -
They are too busy giving their bikes away to rich footballers to care about people like you OP.
Poor service though, hope you get it sorted.0 -

To the OP, as has been said you may have to take to social media to pressure them into something. Twitter or Facebook might be the way to go. Although I have a vague recollection that somebody said they are slow to respond, but eventually sort things out. Good luck with it and let us know how you get on.0 -
Your contract is with the retailer so you need to be all over them like a tramp on chips.
Regardless of the brand, 2 months passing without any response is unacceptable. With a premium bike like an F8 it's simply more so.Napoleon, don't be jealous that I've been chatting online with babes all day. Besides, we both know that I'm training to be a cage fighter.0 -

Exactly what this lady said. If you dont get any positive results from the retailer anytime soon, consider seeking legal advice. CAB is a good place to start.0 -
