In order to save this erstwhile forum it's about time some of us part time lurkers started the daily thread don't you think.
No work for me today, family clearing off to IKEA and taking the in laws with them
weather bloody awful so those thoughts of a good pedal are somewhat delayed.
Coffee and pork products shortly.

Well done Gramps, good to have more of the part timers joining in. You may have kept to the format but it has still confused some of the more feeble minded regulars. Well, one of them but I won't name names. ;-)
Moist over here, managed to avoid getting wet as I had to drive in so I can get to the quack's after bunking off work early. This will be followed by meeting the Mrs in the boozer.
Work avoidance whilst annoying the boss without letting him know I'm not working is the order of the day. Payday makes it very good.0 -

Plus: Woke up feeling substantially less like a dead mullet than yesterday. Minus: was woken up by sound of concrete saw at full noise on nearby building site, which wailed away for a good hour, followed by jack hammering, then a backhoe with rock breaker attachment. :roll: All day..
Otherwise, a short ride on the (motor)bike, some garden fettling followed by drinks and bar snacks.

True, but you jibbed out after lunch and didn't count the van mileage. So if my maths is right, a full uplift day should be about 48 miles in total which is more than fat boy Pinno

Not been on a bike.
Hired a car.
Went to the alentejo today.
Quite enjoying this retirement lark.
