Pivot bearing - seized?

Whilst cleaning up son's Canyon Nerve yesterday, there were pine needles stuck behind the main pivot, so we took the air out of the shock and removed the bolt so that we could clean behind it.
Whilst doing so, we noticed that the bearing on the non-drive side seemed seized. See this video:-

Is there a DIY solution to this? And should I have been greasing in between the frame and the bearing at all having removed the bolt?
Thanks!
Matt

got any picks? remove side seal and wash out and re grease. or replace bearing. contact canyon or a seller of for info.
unless you have the know how and tools to go ahead and swap it out, bearing size will be on the seal."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Did the vid link not work? Didn't take any stills unfortunately.
Should it be trivial to pop off the plastic ring around the bearing so I can grease? I can't see an obvious way to get something under the blue plastic , is it just a case of jimmying a thin blade underneath to pop off the cap?2015 Canyon Nerve AL 6.0 (son #1's)

Yep, most of the time it's a bodge to get the caps off as they're not supposed to.0 -
